1. Fund deposit certificate issued in respect of the
said fund with us, stating the date and amount
deposited with us.
2. Affidavit of claim from the Federal High court of
the country of the despondent which is the area of the
jurisdiction.
3. Your international passport.

On receipt of this requirement and after our official
verifications, our remittance department will contact
you concerning the transfer.
