To Cosplan: You' can't email a real document!

Dear Bank,
I have no way to email you my passport because it is a real document. We have a photocopier at work, so I guess the best I can do is mail it to your physical address.
Can you please reply with your mailing address, and the name of the personnel who will be receiving it? I want to make sure my sensetive information goes only into the right hands.
